Arnie Levine (Former Mayor Candidate) has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986, and created County Properties in 1995. The company was created on a need to change old fashioned real estate office protocol, where all agents compete and market themselves in the same office. They wanted to create a company that has a team concept by doing all the marketing for our agents so they can focus on serving the clients needs and concerns. Arnie has a college background in Electronics and Computer Technology, allowing the company to always have a cutting edge in real estate technology. They are a family-owned business that caters to service. They keep their base of agents to a small group to allow direct hands on training, therefore giving each agent shared skills and empowerment to serve each client. Hello and nice to meet you...oh , a little about me? ...After spending my first 14 years on Long Island, a family move to San Diego would forever change my opinion of what a great hometown could be. My path to becoming a real estate professional was not direct. The many experiences I have gained along the way have proved to be invaluable in preparing me ,to go far and beyond what most agents can offer. In my early years of joining the workforce I was fortunate to excel in the construction industry; within a few years my passions lead me to many faucets of the motorcycle industry ,then a successful career in instrument manufacturing; All of which helped develop a keen eye for detail ,learn the importance of processes, but most of all good communication. My drive and desire to continually improve, coupled with my affinity for architecture and helping people, would eventually lead to a rewarding and productive career in Real Estate. During my experiences purchasing my first personal residence and first income property, I learned from a consumers standpoint, how important a knowledgeable agent is to the process . I make it a point to keep up with the latest trends; and always try to put myself in my clients shoes, get a feel for the way they think and what is really important to them.
